The Hong Kong SAR Government recommended members of the public to self-perform SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test (RAT) daily from 8 to 10 April 2022. Stanley Ho Centre for Emerging Infectious Diseases, The Chinese University of Hong Kong is initiating a territory-wide survey to assess community COVID-19 virus burden in the period. We sincerely invite Hong Kong adult residents who have received the government’s “anti-epidemic service bags”, irrespective of whether testing had been performed during the 3 days, to complete a simple anonymous online survey, which takes no more than 5 minutes. Please note that this is not the declaration system. Your participation will contribute to better understanding of the current level of Hong Kong’s COVID-19 epidemic, its association with asymptomatic infections, and the impacts of COVID-19 vaccination.
Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary and will not lead to any foreseeable psychological, physiological, social, legal or commercial risks or benefits. You may quit this study whenever you wish. All data collected in this study will be kept strictly confidential, the results of which will be reported only in aggregate form in public releases or research publications. Should you have any enquiry about this study, please contact us at 2252-8862 at office hours or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
